Administrative Assistant - Tourism Industry
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Administrative Assistant on behalf of our esteemed client in the tourism industry.
Location: Nairobi
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Business Management or any related field.
1-3 years of experience in an administrative role (preferably in tourism or related fields).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong Tourism Industry Knowledge.
Problem-solving and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage office tasks and provide essential support to the team.
Communicate with clients and provide excellent client support.
Maintain and update client records and databases accurately.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for smooth operations.
Assist with marketing and promotional support activities.
Coordinate schedules for meetings, client appointments, and other events.
