Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages for hotel guests.

• Maintain high standards of drink quality and presentation.

• Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests at the bar and restaurant.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

• Monitor and manage bar stock and inventory.

• Recommend drinks to guests and assist with beverage menu suggestions.

• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.

• 1–2 years of experience working in a hotel or hospitality establishment.

• Good knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar operations.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
