Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.

• Mix and present cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks according to standard recipes.

• Provide excellent customer service and interact professionally with guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.

• Monitor bar stock levels and report shortages.

• Ensure proper handling of cash and bar orders.

• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the bar area.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.

• 1–2 years of experience working as a barman in a hotel, bar, or restaurant.

• Good knowledge of drink preparation and bar operations.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Professional appearance with a friendly and positive attitude.
