Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Holder of CPA - K/ACCA is desirable.
Minimum 6 years of experience of finance/accounting, preferably within an NGO or corporate organization with atleast 1 year ina senior leadership role in microfinance, retail banking or enterprise lending.
Strong financial management and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Sun Systems and Advanced Excel.
Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team with an empowering and outcome-oriented approach.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex financial and organizational challenges.
Result-oriented with the ability to manage public relations and effectively satisfy stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
