Administrative Assistant - Tourism Industry

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Administrative Assistant on behalf of our esteemed client in the tourism industry.


Location: Nairobi

Salary: Competitive, based on experience



Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Management or any related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role (preferably in tourism or related fields).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong Tourism Industry Knowledge.

  • Problem-solving and adaptability skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage office tasks and provide essential support to the team.

  • Communicate with clients and provide excellent client support.

  • Maintain and update client records and databases accurately.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for smooth operations.

  • Assist with marketing and promotional support activities.

  • Coordinate schedules for meetings, client appointments, and other events.
