Key Responsibilities:

• Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans for the branch.

• Ensure compliance with company operational procedures through effective communication.

• Manage and motivate branch staff to achieve targets and maintain a positive work environment.

• Ensure excellent customer service is consistently rendered.

• Safeguard company assets, including structures, equipment, inventory, and cash.

• Present company products and services to potential customers.

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.

• Prospect for new business through field visits to potential customers.

• Respond promptly to all sales inquiries.

• Negotiate sales terms and successfully close sales.

• Advise on product developments and special promotions.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or degree in Sales or a customer service-related discipline.

• Experience in a similar position within a retail setup.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong time management skills.

• Proficiency in using IT software.

#Experience in tyres sales will be an added advantage but not a necessity.
