Job Title:Mixologist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender (minimum 1 year preferred).

• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, garnishes, and cocktail techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for mixology and attention to detail.

• Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, prepare, and serve both classic and innovative cocktails and mixed beverages.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.

• Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering drink recommendations and ensuring top-notch service.

• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering bar supplies and ingredients.

• Follow all hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.

• Contribute to menu development with creative input and seasonal drink specials.

• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth customer experience.
